Michalis Konstantinou is the Managing Partner of EuroCorp Consulting Law & Corporate Advisory and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2017. He holds an LLB from the University of Westminster and an LPC with an MSc in Business, Law, and Management from the University of Law in the UK.

Specializing in corporate, commercial, and real estate law, Michalis brings a decade of cross-border legal expertise, including years at a prestigious international firm where he became a partner in 2021. In 2023, he returned to Cyprus to establish and lead M. Konstantinou & Associates LLC—now part of EuroCorp’s elite advisory platform.

His practice focuses on high-level corporate structuring, tax optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and complex real estate transactions. Michalis is also certified in Anti-Money Laundering compliance (ICA Certified) for ICPAC and CBA members, making him a trusted authority in regulatory frameworks and corporate integrity.
