Kostas served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus for three decades, from 1991 to 2021. During his tenure in Parliament, he played a pivotal role in national policymaking and legal reform, contributing to the development of legislation in areas ranging from civil justice to economic policy and public administration. His leadership and advocacy within the legislative body earned him widespread recognition and direct access to senior government departments, public institutions, and international policy circles.
